Shade on a grand scale
The Aruba cantilever parasol is made for spacious patios where you want to shade a large table or lounge set. With a canopy measuring 400x400 cm, it creates a generous shaded area. Its signature detail is at the bottom: the base consists of a steel frame with a stylish aluminium cover, filled with twelve separate granite tiles. Together they weigh around 290 kg, keeping the parasol stable even in a stiff breeze.

Tilt, rotate and move
A crank handle opens the canopy smoothly, and the grip on the pole lets you tilt it forwards. The canopy also tilts sideways, so you can follow the sun as it moves. Turning the lower handle rotates the parasol a full 360 degrees around its base. Four wheels under the base let you move the parasol to a new spot. The frame is aluminium, and the parasol comes in two fixed colour combinations of frame and canopy.

Comforma, our finest canopy fabric
The canopy is made from Comforma, developed for intensive outdoor use. Its very dense weave provides a UPF rating of almost 100, blocking virtually all UV radiation. With colourfastness class 8, the colour stays beautiful for an exceptionally long time, even after many hours of sunshine. Clean the canopy regularly with water, our cleaner for textiles and RuCore and a soft brush. Always let it dry completely before fitting the included protective cover, to prevent mould.

Because the tiles can be lifted one at a time, the base is easier to position, even on a patio with steps.
