Organic shapes on a generous scale
The Algarve dining table is a pedestal table with a central column that seamlessly follows the oval shape of the top. The column tapers towards the base, giving the table an airy look despite its 280x135 cm size. That is the signature detail of this design: top and base form one harmonious whole. The subtly rounded edge makes it feel even more organic, in line with the trend for soft shapes and curves.

Plenty of legroom for everyone
Because the table rests on a single central column, nobody bumps into a table leg when sitting down. You make full use of the space around it, and a large group can dine in comfort. The column is weighted with the supplied 5 kg bags, so the table stands firm and stable. The base is aluminium and the top is ceramic: a scratch-resistant surface layer bonded to a sheet of safety glass for extra strength. Algarve is available in two fixed colour combinations of base and top, and is an original design by our own designers.

Maintenance kept to a minimum
Ceramic is heat-resistant, colourfast and stain-resistant, so a hot cup of coffee or a spilt glass of wine is no problem. Wipe the top with a soft cloth and warm soapy water, then rinse with clean water. For the best result, treat it twice a year with our Ceramic cleaner & protector. Hose down the aluminium base and protect it with the Aluminium cleaner & protector.

Styling with rounded forms
