The adjustable garden chair, reimagined
The Milano garden chair is a modern take on the classic adjustable garden chair. Comfort came first in its design, with styling second, and you notice that as soon as you sit down. You adjust the backrest steplessly, so you sit upright to eat and then lean back. The gas spring control is subtly integrated into the front leg, so you hardly see it.

Gas spring and sling seat
The gas spring mechanism moves the backrest smoothly and in a controlled way without any effort, giving the chair a luxurious feel. Seat and back are textilene stretched taut within the frame; this sling seat moulds to your body, so you sit comfortably even without a cushion. The frame and armrests are entirely aluminium, making the chair light, rust-free and easy to maintain. The chair is available in several colours. For extra softness, a high-back dining cushion fits it.

Care
Rinse the chair with the garden hose and treat aluminium and textilene a few times a year with our cleaner and protector for aluminium, textilene, polywood and wicker. Textilene is water-permeable and has a dirt-repellent coating, so it dries quickly after a shower. Clean a cushion, if you have one, with our cleaner for textiles and RuCore. Do not use a pressure washer on frame or seat.

Styling tips
Place four or six Milano chairs at a spacious garden table and add a matching footstool at the ends. That way your dining table naturally becomes a place to linger after dinner.
