A bench without fuss
The Mixx garden bench is a clean-lined bench without backrest or armrests, with room for two. Thanks to that simplicity, you can slide it under a dining table, place it against a wall or use it as an extra seat in the garden. A teak seat on an aluminium base gives the bench a warm and modern look. It is a versatile piece that adapts to whatever you need at the time.

Teak and aluminium
The base is aluminium: light, rust-free and weatherproof. The seat is teak, which only gains character over the years. Teak grows slowly, so its growth rings sit close together and the wood is rich in natural oil; that stops it drying out and makes it naturally resistant to moisture. The bench is available in several colours. Our own designers deliberately kept the design calm, so the bench suits many different tables and styles.

Care
Teak needs periodic care, at least twice a year: clean the wood with our Teak cleaner, apply a Teak colour if needed to keep the colour, and finish with Teak shield against stains. With the right care products, that is not difficult. Hose down the aluminium and treat it a few times a year with our cleaner and protector for aluminium, textilene, polywood and wicker. Never use a pressure washer, as it damages the soft top layer of the wood.

How to use the Mixx bench
Place the bench along one long side of a Mixx garden table and choose chairs for the other side: that creates a relaxed, informal dining table.
