Generous seating for two
The Timber 2.5-seater lounge sofa has the clean, simple design that makes the Timber series so timeless. The 2.5-seater version is just a little wider than a two-seater, giving two people plenty of room. Its seating position stands out: a slightly higher, angled seat and a reclined back give a comfortable yet fairly upright posture. So you can lounge in comfort, but also sit up nicely for a drink or a meal at a high table.

Construction and comfort
The Timber is made in a medium size, so the seat is slightly less deep and you quickly feel the support of the back cushion. Beneath the cushions is a textilene sling seat that gives slightly for extra comfort. The sofa has an armrest on each side and seats two people, with extra width. The frame is lightweight, rustproof aluminium and the sofa comes in a choice of colours and cushion fabrics. We take care of delivery and assembly.

Caring for frame and cushions
The aluminium frame does not rust; hose it down a few times a year and treat it with our protector for aluminium, textilene, polywood and wicker. Avoid stiff brushes or pressure washers, so the coating stays intact. Clean the cushions with the cleaner for textiles and RuCore and spray them twice a year with the matching protector. Let everything dry thoroughly before putting on a protective cover, so mould has no chance.

Where to place it
Combine the sofa with two Timber lounge chairs and a coffee table for a complete seating area. Add a high coffee table in front and it becomes a spot for lounge dining.
