Teak cleaner

The first step in teak care
Teak Cleaner is the foundation of all teak care. It is developed especially for teak: gentle on the wood and leaving no soap residue that could otherwise turn mouldy. It removes dirt, green deposits and greying, leaving the wood clean and open. After that, the wood is ready for a Teak Colour and Teak Shield.

How to use it
First wet the furniture with water and shake the bottle well. Spread a thin layer of Teak Cleaner over the wood and leave it for 3 minutes. Then scrub the surface with our aluminium sponge, always along the grain to avoid damage. Rinse thoroughly with water and let the furniture dry completely before continuing.

Responsible care
Do this at least twice a year, for instance in spring and autumn. Never use harsh products such as vinegar, soda or bleach, and never a pressure washer. All our care products are PFAS-free and water-based, in a bottle made from 100% recycled plastic. That means you care for your garden furniture in a way that is safer for people and the environment.

Complete with the right products
Combine the cleaner with a Teak Colour in the shade of your furniture and finish with Teak Shield. At Life Outdoor Living, colours and materials are coordinated across every collection. That means you can mix and match endlessly and build, step by step, one harmonious outdoor space. Not sure which product suits your furniture? Our in-store experts will gladly advise you.
