Twisted and Solid Loom: Durable and Weather-Resistant

Twisted and Solid Loom are strong, weather-resistant materials commonly used in garden furniture. They offer a natural woven look and are available in a variety of colours and styles.

Both Solid and Twisted Loom are durable synthetic materials, woven into specific patterns. Solid Loom consists of a tightly braided solid strand, while Twisted Loom is a flat strand twisted into a tube shape. Both types are strong, flexible, and highly resistant to dirt and weather conditions.

Step 1: Clean Your Furniture

Regularly remove dirt such as leaves, mud and dust using a soft cloth. Use a mild cleaning agent, like washing-up liquid, to get rid of stains. Then rinse with a garden hose and allow the furniture to air dry.

Tip: Is your garden set placed under a tree? Remove bird droppings immediately to prevent staining.

Step 2: Treat with Our Textilene & Wicker Cleaner

Twisted Loom has a dirt-repellent coating, but dirt can still collect between the strands. For best results, treat it twice a year with our Textilene & Wicker Cleaner. Spray the cleaner directly onto the material, let it soak in for 30 seconds, and scrub gently with a damp (non-abrasive) sponge using circular motions. Stubborn stains can be treated again if needed.

Step 3: Rinse and Let Dry

Thoroughly rinse the furniture with water and let it dry completely in the open air.

Important: Always ensure the furniture is completely dry before covering it with a protective cover to prevent mould growth.
